Polling forms for the baronial polling have been mailed
The polling forms for the baronial polling have been mailed to all those members, whose membership was valid by the end of April and who reside in the barony. If the polling form doesn’t arrive by the 7th of May, please contact the registry keeper.

The presentations of the baronial candidates have been published in the May issue of Aarniwalcea.

Aarnimetsä has a new Chatelain
As Lady Jolanda became the Kingdom Chatelain, a new Chatelain for Aarnimetsä was chosen. She is Lady Elzebeth Mecklenburgilainen and her contact information can be found here.

Chatelain is responsible for guiding new members and those that are interested in the Society. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact her.

All membership cards have been mailed
All of those who had paid their membership dues for 2009 by January 25th, 2009, should receive their membership cards by February 10th. If the card doesn't arrive or if you have any other questions or corrections to the registry, please contact the registry keeper.
1.11.2008 Old members will receive instructions on how to renew their membership within a few weeks.

Welcome to Aarnimetsä's new and improved website!

The site is still under construction, and the English site is much farther from completion. Meanwhile feel free to browse the site and take advantage of the new features and resources. Comments and feedback are also welcome.

I will be keeping you all informed of the progress of the construction of the site, right here. So, keep an eye on this column.
